Video: Strategic Plan to Combat Desertification in the Jordan Valley | Amman, Jordan

The EcoFuture projects’ goal is to shape an agricultural policy for the Jordan Valley that would reduce the impacts of climate change and desertification by improving water, energy, and food security, while protecting the environment and enhancing community wellbeing.

This video features a 3-day workshop organized by the National Agricultural Research Center of Jordan with high level stakeholders to discuss the strategic plan. This video also features the presentation given by Professor Nikolaidis outlining the methodology and the recommended measures of the Strategic Plan to address the impacts of desertification in the Jordan Valley.
